Prominent lines after under eye filler, no difference using Tixel - advice? (photos)

Im a 32 years old female. 3 month ago I did under eye fillers and since than I think I have malar bag/ festoons. Before the treatment i had realy gentel lines in the malar area but since the filling , the lines are very porminent. I consulted an eye surgeon who suggested not to dissolve the filler beacuse it can cause more problems, and instead he recommended using Tixel to reduce puffiness and edema. I had only one treatment but I cant see any difference. Do you have any suggestions?

Facial sculpting and contouring can be created with well-placed fillers (Voluma, Countour, Radiesse, Bellafill) and Sculptra, which would give improvement in facial balance. Fat or implants are alternatives. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a facial sculpting expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Can filler be dissolved 5 years later after it has spread?

Hello! Migration with filler is not uncommon. Incorrect placement of filler can cause these issues. I would consider getting your filler dissolved and then once dissolved possibly reinject once you are ready. Wait about 2-4 weeks after dissolving to reinject the new filler. Best of Luck! Dr....
